Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your launch. This policy outlines when and how refunds are processed.

Overview
This Refund Policy applies to paid services on Aback Launch, including the Featured Launch plan and any other paid offerings. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- Your startup submission has not been approved or published yet
- You request the refund within 7 days of the original purchase
- There was a duplicate or accidental charge
- The Service experienced a significant outage that prevented your listing from being published
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Your startup has already been approved and published on the platform
- More than 7 days have passed since the purchase
- Your listing was rejected due to a violation of our Terms of Service or submission guidelines
- You changed your mind after your listing was published
- You failed to provide accurate information in your submission
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Send an email to refunds@abacklaunch.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your account email, the startup name, and the date of purchase
- Provide a brief reason for the refund request
- Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days
Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved:
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing may take 5 to 10 business days depending on your payment provider
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated
- Your startup listing will be downgraded to the Backlink Exchange plan or removed, depending on the circumstances
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. This may apply when:
- Some but not all advertised features were delivered
- A service disruption affected part of your plan benefits
- You request a refund after some plan benefits have been used
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider instead of requesting a refund through us, we reserve the right to suspend your account and all associated listings until the dispute is resolved. We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Backlink Exchange Plan
The Backlink Exchange plan does not involve monetary payment and is therefore not subject to this Refund Policy. If you wish to deactivate or remove a listing, please contact our support team.
